Wow. When I couldn't find the thread I was afraid the ahklinux port was some kind of hoax. (It sounded too good to be true.)

Haven't done much with autohotkey lately because I've been using linux a lot.
Would love to have AHK be available on linux, even though linux programs don't usually need automation as badly as windows programs do (sometimes it's desirable to add functionality to an open source app itself instead of sending it automated keystrokes).

I see there has been last update from tinku99 in october 2009, is there any update on this?
