MAYBE U have W7 x86 (32bits), this AHK works perfect on W7 x64 (64bits), and 4 bad news to U I don't have W7 x86 Ready PC to test it.

hmm... Try to do a copy of your KRO-XP to W7 x86, plus ensure config Windows DEP and Security Software (even if U have 3rd party security software) maybe it's the cause.
Additional, ensure you have Visual C++ Redistributable 2008 and NET.Framework 3.5 (or above) installed.

VAC? Really? I've been using AHK for pistol AutoFire in source games for a long time without problems - very interested if you know anything in AHK that will trigger VAC...
