The WIKI page does not exist and or link is broken.

Just to be sure it wasn't just in my area, I did ran HostTracker report here:

Tried different browsers + 3 reliable fresh global proxy servers ( Taiwan, US, and Australia ).
All return 404

AFAIK the wiki has been removed entirely.

I overheard someone asking for an archive link, does a backup exist? Could be useful even if no new content should be added at this point.
