What is the best intelligent screen fetcher program

What is the best intelligent screen fetcher program ?

I know about screen scraping o capture screenshots and so on.
But I would a program able to recognize precise positions at screen and capture portions of text and able to save them as variable.
One possible function may be to capture fields from a database and parse to another place.

I propose, by example, recover the field marked :

You might want to look at Sikuli. It'll work with any GUI, can use but doesn't require hard-coded precise screen locations to identify data elements and can extract the text using OCR

I install , but under windows xp pro sp3 the screen capture don't go in my system.
When I try to capture a screen the program goes and closes and I can't select nothing.
When I open again the program don't obey me. I have to close jawad.exe to retry
And again happen the same. I can do nothing with this version.
But the program if does what say is spectacular.

Is clip fletcher just to old or couldnt that be a solution

I asked in the sikuli forum. It was because I put java 7 instead of java 6.
But with java 6 the same.
Is a wonderful program to revisit in a couple of months.
Now is in a RC
