I thought I might make a script that allows you to "Reset" Perk Points in Skyrim. But through research I've discovered that, although you can remove a perk from being active, you can not give yourself a point to spend (if you know a way please post). This lead me to writing a script to give a character every perk in the game. I'm not sure if I'm going to use it myself (kinda takes the fun out of the game for me) but figured I'd pass it along. So here it is:

Return
Instructions:
1. Run the script (save text in file and save with .ahk extension, then open said file with ahk application)
2. Open Skyrim, loading whatever character you'd like to do this to.
3. Open the console by pressing {`}
4. Execute the script by pressing Alt-L
5. That's it. The script takes about a minute or so to run. If you need to stop the script you can by pressing Alt-R
