We use javascript checks as an anti-spam measure. I am not sure if cookies are a requirement to make a post, perhaps the forum software requires them. We do not collect any personal information other than your IP address and the details you submit to us i.e. optionally registering your name, occupation and location in your user account profile.
We use Google Analytics which collects information from your browser in an anonymous form, you can opt-out of this and view Google's privacy policy to further understand what data is being tracked.
Parts of the site also use third party plugins from Youtube, Twitter, Github and Facebook. These plugins may send cookies to your browser but we do not control the dissemination of these cookies and you should check the relevant third party website for more information.
