Just a wild thought here but is it possible to create a second alternate screen or at least a simulation of one (just like tabbed browsing on the internet)?. What I mean is that I want to be able to switch between one screen with taskbar and programs and everything to another (like acting as two dif...

Thanks. I'm going to try and make something that takes screenshots of specific actions when they happen, naming the screenshot files according to the action and takes the screenshot name info to show a log in a msgbox when I press a hotkey. Boy, that's going to take a lot of work (btw, I'm completel...

I use CursorXP to use different cursors but anyway, I'm sorry if this is getting off topic but quickly, does anyone know any video editing... |

How do you use this to capture images spontaneously (frames for screen video)? I tried combining the copy with the save w/ one hotkey and looped it but it doesn't work. I can hold the hotkey but it's pretty slow so the quality isn't so good....

How can I create a simple script that will capture videos of my screen? I already got the Print Screen thing down but is there any way to be able to save those screens so I can convert them into an avi or whatever later? I'm still learning so the only way I could think of is to have the script copy ...

Okay, by "fill in the blanks", I did not mean I'm that good at scripting, I'm new to it. I just need some helpful advice of which way to direct my scripting. I basically want to keep a simple log of selected specific files I open, programs I use, what folders I open, and basically any simp...

Yes, that's it. I just want to cheat the drive space measure so it doesn't detect/count the selected folders. I don't mind changing settings, I just don't want to damage any system files.

I want the drive space shown in a drive's "Properties" to ignore the space taken up of certain files/folders. Is it possible to do something with the certain folders/files with the script temporarily (when script is ON) so that it doesn't show or any other way? because I don't want to tamp...

I don't know exactly what it's called so I'll call it a computer log. I basically just want a log that tells me what programs, files, folders, etc. I've been using and the time they were visited/used (preferably in a simple msgbox when I press I hotkey). Does this require higher level scripting or i...
