fun project
basically read words or sentence lines from one text file and write them randomly into another text file with an option for extra permutations - (been reading Umberto Eco)
what is the best way to start off ?

nothing will ever beat the old original terminal chat rooms - no GUI, no pictures, no smileys or farcical implements ppl send to each other.
just a prompt, commands (right syntax!) and your text at an incredible speed of 14.4 kbps!
