Looking through, I've found
!d:: Send %A_YYYY%.%A_MM%.%A_DD%
delivers 2009.10.12, etc
but I have been looking for a way for the date format to deliver as
12-Oct-09 (etc.)
Anyone help?
THANKS |

| Are you saying that when you tap win key alone without a second key, it brings up the start menu? So you want it to be neutral when you tap it wthout second key tap? |

| We're discussing the hotkey combo, not the URL. |

cough.
anyone in socal knows why.
Conquer's code does the trick (even though it sends you to some wierd site up north).
Looks like you guys are thinking there's a really simple way to do it, but seems like those never work- being too logical and all.
Conquer thanks again. |

A lot of us are not programmers; just people who like this program, and see a forum called 'ask for help', and then ask. This ... |

Thanks! |

I've been working on this and read other posts- it should be there but I can't find it.
I just want the win key to close any active window on top (alt f4)
I keep just having the start menu pop up.
Thanks for any help |
