Z_Gecko Sorry that I didn’t do a better job in the title of the question. Here’s the deal. I have been experimenting with AHK for about 3 weeks. One of the first things that I built was a utility to check if a specific website page is working properly. The script is very long, so I trimmed it down t...

I am in the process of using AutoHotKey to automatically check the status of several website pages. If a specific page cannot be accessed in a certain amount of time, I send an e-mail to myself via Outlook. Normally this process works nicely. However, several times lately, some sort of uninvited pop...

I am sure that this is simple, but I can't seem to find where it is documented.

Thanks,

Does anyone have a simple example of a small list box where a double click is used to select an item?

I am new to AHK and have not been able to figure this out via multiple attempts.

Thanks,
Brad

I would like to force new lines in an e-mail that I am generating in AutoHotKey that is being sent via Outlook. I have done some digging and tried several things, but no luck.

Thanks for your help.

I had spent several hours trying to figure this out.

Once I read your suggestion, I had it working in 5 minutes.

I need to see if a specific string of text is present after reading a specific webpage. I have been experimenting with the WinText parameter on the IfWinActive command, but have not been able to get this to work. Here is the code that I have tried. I believe that I am going about this in the wrong w...

Maybe I should ask the question this way.

How can I tell with AutoHotKey if the Internet Explorer "Favorites" panel is visible on the screen? Sometimes it is, and sometimes it is not.

Thanks!

BoBo, Our website maintance and hosting are outsourced. I simply need to analyze how often it is not available. I have a nice little automated AHK script to do this. If works fine, with the exception of the issue with IE Favorites. If the "Favorites Panel" is visible, I need to send 6 tabs...

BoBo, Thanks for the idea. I actually need to get to page 3 of a specific website. This is the page that accesses SQL-Server. We seem to be having problems with losing our connection to the database and this cannot be dectected until we try to get to the third page of the website. The first two page...

I am just starting to experiment with AutoHotKey. I am working on a script to see if a specific website is up. The only browser that I can use here at work is IE. The number of Send, {TAB} commands that I need to send is 4, unless IE Favorites have been left on by prior use, then I need to send 6. I...

I just downloaded AHK a couple days ago. I really like it so far. I am in the process of building a little script to check to see if a specific website is up and running. I have some ideas on how to do this, but I thought that I would ask around to see if someone else has already used AHK for this f...
