I never came across that feature. Was it a standard feature of PSPad? It is possible to do it with a different program or script. I guess you are right. It might have to do with regional settings. My "<" is left of your "z" if you have a "qwerty" keyboard. I have a "qwertz" (german) keyboard. I could set the shortcuts depending on system language. Which shortcuts would you like to have ...
