That solves the problem.
I'm not yet very skilled in using DllCalls, otherwise I probably would have been able to find it out on my own...

| @hugov what happens if you do TF_Wrap(sLog, 60) -> which will create FileTailTest_copy.log is that also empty, in that case it simply can't read the FileTailTest.log which indicates it is 'locked' If I use it like that, both files (FileTailTest.log and FileTailTest_copy.log) are openable and okay. N... |

I don't take your first advice serious
In the code I posted, the timer has already been switched off, when TF_Wrap is used. So, your second suggestion unfortunately doesn't help, either.
Any other suggestions?  |
