What I am looking for is a small, portable program (i.e. does not require installation) that can set the mouse's acceleration on-the-fly.

Why I need this: Lately I often access the net from Internet Cafe's, and the workstations there usually have Control Panel disabled, which makes sense. But many have their mouse set at a veeeeery low acceleration, necessitating some wideswipes, even mouse-lift-move-and-replace to move the pointer from one place to another.
