what i'm suggesting is google ads on his pages!
I appreciate the suggestion and although some people wouldn't mind, I know others would. So I'm with BoBo on this one.

Firstly, i wudn't mind if i have to see full page pink / purple floral graphic ads on ahk's pages. Chris has kept his software free and open-source and is very helpful... he spends some money on hosting, so if he makes some money out of his efforts and that too without charging us users then what's wrong with that?

Secondly, google ads r just text links (and no striking font colors) and occupy very less page space... nothing distracting or bandwidth hogging.

anyways... this was just a suggestion.

I feel the same way, *even about the green gallopy thing*.
I think it's best if AutoHotkey keeps it's decent professional theme. Maybe Chris could add a PayPal donate button of some sort instead of putting up advertisments.

I don't want advertisements or a PayPal button.

I don't see how anyone could be disappointed with this program. It covers so much already!

AHK let me boost my income by several thousand dollars last year by automating what my employer thought I had to do manually (just basic data entry stuff). And it also got me much better at coding. Now I'm learning VBA. I have very little programming training (mechanical engineering major) so this helped me get motivated towards coding and enjoy it all the while.

Thanks Chris and the forum regulars who kept giving me reason to check the forums.
