We might as well start a list for Vista... Here's my first one:

CTRL+ Mousewheel: Zoom Desktop Icon size
(from 16x16 minimum up to 256x256 maximum)

Regards, Greg.

On what OS? Alt+Up does nothing for me on 2k/Explorer.

Win+L = Logout: Officially tested and it works.

This is on Windows XP Media, I'm going to test it on a Vista.

alt+space+M to pull up a windows file menu for selected program. Good for finding off-screen programs.

So I know I'm breaking a dozen taboos of forum necromancy, but I've got two hotkeys that were missed on XP systems (at least they work on the three XP machines I've tried them on, so I thought they'd be worth adding):

Ctrl+Alt+Right Arrow - Turn display 90 degrees clockwise.
Ctrl+Alt+Left Arrow - Turn display 90 degrees counter-clockwise
