This is a GUI for a data entry macro - the purpose of the macro is to enter data into an existing database without asking the user for obvious information (today's date) or extraneous mouse-clicks.
It took me a while to figure out that with SmartGuiCreator, to add a variable name to an "edit" box, you must put the variable name, (preceded by a 'v') AFTER the size&location info. (Do not put a comma between size&location info and vVariableName.)
