Is it possible to assign different sound volume levels to different applications?

I like to have my live messenger to let me know when somebody talks to me with sound, but I want that sound to be quieter, without reducing the main volume level.

It would be great if I can assign different (maybe 50% less volume level than the master volume) volume level to the messenger.

Thanks,

I dont think so. You can assign the master volume based on what app is active but thats the closest thing I see.

I love that volume mixer ♥
I wonder if there's any way to change the volume levels for programs through DllCalls or something...
