I can see that it would be easier to read in some cases, but I don't think it's feasible. This is because functions like DLLCall rely on expression parsing in which commas are essential to avoid ambiguity. Without them, parameters could not easily be parsed and the ability to concatenate strings without a "." between them would be broken.
