This is so trivial that I'm a bit embarrassed to mention it...

The GUI Radio button is drawn slightly too high with respect to its label. It's only a fraction higher, but I can't help but notice it.

In case it's relevant, I'm on Windows XP, and I normally use Arial font.

The label's position relative to its button is set by the OS. Therefore, I'm not sure what can be done about it other than trying a different font face or size. You might also try "Gui -Theme" prior to creating the radio buttons to give them a different look.
