Well it took apple 20 years to make a mouse with 2 buttons. I wouldn't be suprised. However thats what its going to be like in the future, voice recognition and touch screen. Wait when windows 7 (blackcombe or vienna) to come out :P

I recently saw an exhibit with this kind of stuff at the Minnesota Science Museum, it's pretty cool stuff. Saw a vid of a guy typing and moving a mouse around via a chip (BrainGate) implanted in his brain. Cool stuff.

Well, it was a joke, but the idea is not new. Similar schemes are used by disabled people, who have no or limited arm movement. Windows has a little utility, OSK.exe (On-Screen Keyboard). You can type by pressing a single key, which could be a device like a breath sensor, an eyebrow switch...
