does anyone know of a script/ can produce a basic one for me that basicaly displays html and javascript but not in a browser, in its own box?

for example;
you can add a module with for instance the JS code for a google search bar and one for a button taking you to msn, then on opening the app you have a window with these items in it.

prefferably re-arrangeable modules

is there anything out there like this in autohotkey already ?

Sounds like you're describing an HTA (HTML Application).
