My 1000th post: 25th registered user to attain the milestone. It took me 2½ years to get here; but hey, I'm a bit slower than the other 1000-club members!

First, I'd like to thank the academy, err, I mean the community. The AHK community is one of the best online; some truly generous and helpful people donate their time here and it's very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone who's shown me how to write better code over the years and that includes by just asking questions. I've learned as much from other people's questions as from my own (probably more).

I like to think that most of those 1000 posts are useful reflections of logical thought processes; but between you and me, if we're only counting intelligent posts here I have a ways to go until 1000. In retrospect, when I first started using AHK I didn't know what an INI file was... seems like an awfully long time ago now... many things I learned along the way, many things I'm as clueless as when I started. So cheers to the first thousand and here's looking forward to the next thousand. [chugs a beer]

My post count is in the low 400's and I've been visiting for 3 and 1/2 years. I'll probably never reach 1,000. Oh well...

My 2000th post: 18th registered user to attain the milestone. It took me 1 year to get here; my participation level doubled during the past 12 months. Even so, I've been humbled by sinkfaze and hugov, who I believe have cloned themselves to provide full-time AHK support.
