We provide two different versions of PictView for Windows. Both versions can read images in over 150 variations of approximately 50 file formats, including all famous and widely-used formats. To satisfy your curiosity, you can check the full list [here]. All versions of PictView for Windows are freeware.

A viewer with a graphical interface. We do support both 32bit (Windows 95 and later) and 16bit Windows 3.x.
A command-line converter PVW32Con supporting 21 output file formats. This version exists only for Windows 95 and newer.
