Exactly what C++ compiler & version of is used to make the current releases of AutoHotkey?

microsoft visual c...
you can use the express 2008 with a couple of minor modifications.
Or you can try Lexikos' custom build, unmodified on visual express 2008.

I believe Chris uses Visual C++ 2003.
