so, if you use iniread on a key called 'B10' it will disregard the value specified for default and use 'ERROR' instead.
Think Im kidding?

Try it:

Code:
iniread, B10, somenonexistantconfigurations.ini, Mapping, B10, default
msgbox %B10%


the msgbox will say 'ERROR'.

Check again, it works a expected. The msgbox shows "default". And that was a direct copy/paste/run from your post.

I had that same problem, but it was really a typo. be very careful with the ","s.
