Is there a way to directly launch an MS Word macro using Autohotkey without using an MS Word assigned keyboard shortcut?

My reason comes from that MS Word macros and Authotkey are distributable, but the macros don't retain their assigned keyboard shortcut when shared (each user has to assign the shortcut).

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
