Add an OutHotkey/OutShortcutKey Option to FileGetShortcut?
Yes, of course!
Uh, why not?
No, I'm oppose to all new features (don't click this!)
You may select 1 option

Wondering why FileGetShortcut doesn't have an OutHotkey (or OutShortcutKey)?

It seems IShellLink has a GetHotkey...so it seems trivial to add it???

Not being able to compile/test it myself, I could write something that might work, by following the FileCreateShortcut code that deals with Hotkey...I'm sure I could come up with something close, if that would be helpful. It would also be a good time to enhance FileCreateShortcut with hotkeys other than just Ctrl+Alt+<letter>...

All I really wanna do is loop over my Start Menu for all shortcuts with hotkeys, save the list, then remove the hotkeys from all the shortcuts, so I can then use AutoHotkey to re-create them (more power). I want Windows to NOT manage any shortcut hotkeys itself, but finding them all with Right click -> Properties would be SLOW...(I created these before I found AutoHotkey, so now I want to officially fire Windows from Shortcut Hotkey duty)...

Voted for "Yes, of course!". Sounds useful.

Hei,

I think Resolve the link is also quite useful. I will post this in another wish list.
