Hi everyone,
I wish if Autohotkey has way to connect to WinLirc - this will make a powerfull combination to automate PC with remote control (and it will be extremely flexible - unlike most of apps outhere) :roll:

Quite a few people have suggested built-in support for hand-held remote controls. This is now possible in v1.0.38:

Added a WinLIRC client script that responds to signals from a hand-held remote control. WinLIRC is an open-source utility that captures infrared signals from virtually any brand of remote control.
The script above could probably use some refinement, so comments are welcome.
