your suggestion seems to make the assumption that people cant use the instructions plainly displayed in front of them which will of course be no different with any idea.
I am a developer for many intranet sites in a large corperation and i can say no matter how well you hold the hand people will do other than an application is designed simply because they refuse to pay attention and nothing more
it wont slow them down and it will make folks who responsibly use this forum for its simplicity decide to use it less
the MODs do an excelent job handling misplaced posts
the only effective wish to solve this problem would read like this

only people interestied in learning from examples have searched using constructive wording and have tried similar examples and post those examples while natively speaking the primary language of the forum would register first and then post a concise detailed problem statement and examples of failed attempts to solve the problem would post anything in ask for help.
