A_ProgrammFiles is "C:\Programme", because I use a german windows-system!

But I have AHK (like other often used programms) installed in C:\Program Files...

This is why I told you to read registry!

Word Wrap seems to be an option which can't be added/removed via ahk while running, but in this case I would personally prefer this solution:

2 Edit-Controls are created:
1 with WordWrap and 1 without.
The not used Control is hidden
When option is changed transfer the contents of the visible Edit-Control to the invisible control (transfer is better than copy because less memory is used).
Then switch visibilty-state

I use a similar method in one script where Edit-Controls are shown to display text readonly. If read-only is removed for write access some edit-control switch to edit-mode while some become DropDown-Controls.
I didn't use DropDown-Controls for readonly too, because this is the normal case in 99% of cases and I wanted to have a general style to all text-controls.

I think some of my problems occured because of not finding ahk. Maybe you could improve this and save the last settings to a settings-file (like window-format).
Also improvements can be done in menu:
Instead of having 2 entries for wordwrap (one for enable and one for disable) you could have 1 for both (with checked or unchecked state).

I'll test your new version again with pleasure!
Thalon
