Is there a way to get an rss or xml in a browser to my podcast app and add to subscriptions. I am unsure where to start.

When I setup opera prefs>downloads>application/xml then open with application, it still isn't open the compiled exe.

Shouldn't you add the URL of the RSS to the subscriptions rather than the downloaded file? How would it know about updates otherwise?
