Hide It! runs from the moment you start it for the first time. All you have to do is press the left Windows Key (looks like a flag) and all of your active windows will be hidden. Pressing the left Windows Key again will return all windows to their previous state.

There is also a menu accessible by right-clicking on the taskbar icon (which also looks like a flag) with more options to better suite your needs. You can enable/disable features to your liking.

Features:

- Hide All Windows
- Hide Taskbar
- Mute Sound
- Show Screensaver
- Change Hotkey

If anyone has any suggestions to improve this script - free free to let me know!

If you are not releasing the source code, you should post your app in Utilities & Resources. Just my opinion.

1. Doesn't hide -anything- whatsoever on my second monitor.

2. Hide Desktop draws a box over -part- of my desktop; More specifically, it DOESN'T hide about a quarter inch at the bottom and it leaves literally one-half of monitor 2 unhidden.

3. A message box that regurgitates back to you what you just selected is overkill; It's not even asking for confirmation of the change you just made (and shouldn't, so don't go there)... It just tells you that you've done what you already know you just did because you just did it 3/10th of a second ago.

4. A lot of people won't even bother downloading or trying this app because you have not supplied source code.

5. Had you supplied source code, other folks here at the forum would likely have already detected (and assisted in correcting) the errors that I reported above.

The program produces headache interacting with my configuration. And block my keys too.
