Has anyone done any work to display APNG files? Preferably with transparency. If so how are you loading and displaying them?

My best guess would be to use a disassembler that exists like the command line APNG Disassembler and then flip between them by using a timer and GDI+.

Anyone else have any other ideas or existing code/functions?

Have you tried Example 11? It'll maybe give you some ideas how to use animations in RM ? :)
