Do you mean that it needs the (middle) scroll up and down button also included in the Mouse Settings ?

:? I know still got a problem with beta testing because currently I can achieve single special buttons like windows, space, escape buttons but not a two button mix like ctrl + space button

Do you got a link/photo of your joystick I am really curious, thanks.

my mouse back button is alt + left and forward is alt + right(in mouse setting shows) maybe u can add these, i was try but no luck. right now i change my mouse back/forward buttons to f5 and f6 and these work.

edit : if i press back/ forward in mouse 2 keboard then shows alt +num4/num6

Do you mean the side buttons with your thumb like a 5 or 6 button mouse with navigation/multimedia buttons ?

do you mean that the x-axis or/and y-axis for both directions could be switched native.

Because the option to switch these seperate for four directions is a bit strange to me and means I have to redo the main base code of the mouse movement.

Added the native checkboxes for the mouse -/+xy axis but either choosing -/+ direction uses the native for both directions of the same axis.
Also step mode is forced into continous mode. Since it's very strange to have a behavior for native direction poping in the middle continous.
