I am assuming it is one of three ways... a) you've got a distribution company as well as a brewing company (I think that's illegal also, but I'm not a lawyer) or b) there is some kind of 'religious' loop hole to the three tiered system which allows a minister to brew and distribute to his 'flock' or c) there is actually no alcohol in your beer.
