I'm pretty sure this is something Chris either forgot to mention or I missed. Anyway,

Gui, Add, Checkbox, Check, MyCheckBox
Gui, Show
return

Displays a checkbox that's what I would describe as an old gui style of a checkbox. Try it yourself.

If you wanted a checked checkbox use Checked instead of Check for the options.
