Umm.. How to use it?
Wikipedia wrote:
Apnea, apnoea, or apnÅ“a (Greek: απνοια, from α-, privative, πνεειν, to breathe) is a term for suspension of external breathing. During apnea there is no movement of the muscles of respiration and the volume of the lungs initially remains unchanged. Depending on the patency of the airways there may or may not be a flow of gas between the lungs and the environment; gas exchange within the lungs and cellular respiration is not affected.

apnea in simple words is when you are not breathing (breath holding)

it is just a simple stopwatch to see how long you can hold your breath for
its usefull for freedivers and spearfishermen like myself

the second timer starts when you stop the first one and you can see when it is safe to start breath holding again

if you have no experience in diving etc...i guess it is pretty useless for you then

That's a great idea! I do not train my apnea monitor but I like monitor my time.

For a long time I thought about the program, which monitors the effective working time on the computer. Often, I'm going to do something, sit at the computer and instead of doing what I should I deal with browsing the Internet or do other wasting time things.

I would like to use the program, which would be made based on "Simple Apnea Trainer [v0.0.3]," but that it could be called "Effective Time Monitor"

Such program instead of min, sec and sec should measure the hours, minutes, and seconds.
Prormam should be used to measure working time and time wasted.

The program also should automatically switch to the mode of Effective Time if the active window is (e.g. in my case): MS Word or MS Excel
The wasted time mode should always switched on if:
1. IfWinNotActive, Microsoft Excel or IfWinNotActive, Microsoft Word. So when those programs that you should use are not active.
2. When IfWinActive, Microsoft Excel or IfWinActive, Microsoft Word but
a) Does not move mouse cursor no less than in 90 sec or
b) Does not mouse click no less than in 90 sec or
c) The user doesn't press any button no less than in 90 sec.
Point 2 means that the user is running the program, but it does not work with him.

Please :D
