I am using the Gdip_GetPixel(pBitmap, x, y) function which should return the ARGB value of the pixel. I am trying to figure out how to decode the return so I can put it into a hex color format.

My return is 4294967295 for white and hex white is 0xFFFFFF. Can someone explain how I can manipulate that return to get the hex color?

At first I was so confused I thought it was returning an address but after some testing I found it wasn't. I can't find anything online, all I find is ARGB in hex and in binary but this appears to be neither.

What the crap? There must be something wrong with me, I searched and searched and couldn't find anything and here is a post with the exact same problem as me. Guess I didn't have the right terminology down.
