FYI this isn't "real" encryption it's actually a encoder and is very easy to decode.

This program uses Base64 to encode strings, and what gives it away is the == at the end.

Of course, you can do the base64 coding in AHK: http://www.autohotkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5896. Alternativly, use any of the many posted scripts, which encrypt text to text or to hex. But what is the purpose?
