I have used the update script for AutoHotkey the first time and forgot to close the documentation. It updated everything, except the documentation version 1.1.04.01. The installed AutoHotkey version reports the newest 1.1.05.00. After I saw that the documentation is still open, I checked the versions and realized what happened.
Now I have old docu and new Ahk installed. Then I tried to use the update script again, but it will not update, because it is up to date. So I have to manually install it again.

It is my own fault, but there should be a notification that something cannot be updated and should be closed. Otherwise, great update script.

There was error-checking, but only for AutoHotkey.exe. I've added a check for the other files, but rather than being specific about which file failed and why, it just accumulates ErrorLevel and checks it once at the end. If something failed, it'll display a generic message and open up the temp folder.

Could you implement a message box notifying the update is finished? Also, what about the ability to detect missing files. Recently I've gotten the source files removed by Avast and I ran the updater script but it didn't update it. Just an idea.
