 Post subject: javac not recognized?

I have been trying to learn basic java programming as it looks really fun but whenever i try to do javac in the cmd window it comes up with not recognized. I have already set the enviromental variable to "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_02\bin" which is the only Java Jdk i have on my computer, and I made sure it was the right version. So even after I set the enviormental variable it is still not compiling anything. Does anyone here know whats going on?
