This was inevitable and while it saddens me on a very personal level. All things change hopefully the successor will observe Chris wishes

« What's on my mind? »

Spontaneous Human Combustion.
It used to be all over the place. I remember hearing about it all the time in the 90's. But now I haven't heard it being mentioned in anything for a LONG time.

I thought the whole 'supernatural' element of spontaneous human combustion had been debunked by the wick effect (Wikipedia).

I remember seeing a TV program where a pig carcass was wrapped in a bit of carpet and then set fire to with a cigarette end. The fat from the carcass soaked into the carpet and caused a long, slow burn which destroyed pretty much the whole carcass.

As is the way with these things, once the possibility of something supernatural going on has gone, the whole idea drops from the public imagination

hmm, interesting. but from everything I saw/heard, it's almost an instant effect. 1 second Frank was on the couch, 3 seconds later Frank was a pile of Ash.
Though, that could just be some exaggeration to make the stories seem .... cooler :? .

Am I just behind the times or has jaco0646's status changed to admin?

And that's my random thought of the morning.

Ah, I see that's of Star Wars. The picture looks so real. I wonder something similar to it may exist.
