Bump up... I just discovered this nice utility and wanted to let others know it, but I found it was already mentioned.
Very nice and extensive information, both on soft and hard. A bit like SiSoft Sandra, but without restrictions... Also no install, ready to run (compressed exe).
A must have.

Hi All,
I originally used SANDRA but as PhiLho says, too many restriction. About a year ago I moved over to SIW and was of course impressed. However about 6 months ago I migrated to AIDA32, so maybe somebody would like to give it a try

PC Wizard 2006 is another similar one that I've been using:

(there's also a "ZIP Package" version for download which doesn't need installing).

thankx Tamil for the link. I just recently bought a comp and wanted something quick and no install as I don't need to check my computer every day. SIW just hit the spot perfectly! download, execute and display. Info correct too...LOL

I used SiSoft Sandra as well, but it is more of the benchmarking bit that it stands out in addition to others and more comprehensive report.

Although I found something interesting about SIW under tools.
