Hi. To anyone who's interested, I've created what *I* think is quite a useful little tool that's basically an efficiency enhancer. I originally just wanted to take a bunch of scripts I had running and throw them all together into one script to save system resources...but that soon turned into a project to make a creator of what I now call "power packs". These packs are a bunch of scripts packed into one, customizable through a GUI, and specific to a particular task you're working on. A hopefully much clearer explanation can be viewed here:

An executable of Power Pack Creator v1.0 can be downloaded from below. It's doesn't have a password, so you can just decompile it to see what's going on behind the scenes.

I think this is a pretty cool tool, so I wanted to share it with the peoples of the Autohotkey Forum, as I've grabbed a few very useful snippets of code from here (like the one to open a new window in your default browser). If you think it's useful, please let me know! If you think you can improve it, I'd be thrilled to get your help! It's already been integrated into the lives of a bunch of friends of mine (they're the ones who had me build the website), so I was wondering what ya'll think!

You need to add another line in the tray menu so people can remember what hotkeys they chose. But other than that it is a goosd idea.:D:D

Yeah, what I ended up doing was also creating a txt file in "My Documents\Power Packs\PowerPackName" called "Hotkey Guide.txt" with a list of all the hotkeys they chose to include in that pack. Heh, I guess I never really tell the user that the resource is available though...I'll look into including that. Thanks for your input!

Also...Here's a .zip file with all the scripts and associated files I use with Power Pack Creator. These are the scripts of version 1.1...which is actually just a change so that with "SearchFriend" and "Search Selected Text", the search is just done in Google instead of your default search engine. I did this because it loads faster, and since that's what most people seem to be using anyway, we'll sacrifice a little versatility for convenience.

So for those of you who are very rightly hesitant to just download the .exe file, you now have access to all of the scripts! I hope this gets me a greater response. I really do think I'm sitting on something really cool here...now I'm looking to polish it up.
