Laszlo, This is a great script. Exactly what I needed.

I have a question. In Vista, you can click on the time on the task bar and you get a clock plus calendar.

I was not able to figure out how I could use this instead of the "clock only".

Would you have an idea? I am not asking for a complete, just the trick (e.g. dllcall etc).

I don’t know, either, but AHK provides DateTime and MonthCal control, with more flexibility and easy coding. Is there anything more the Vista Adjust Date/Time window offers?

I think these function would work too for me. However, I wanted to have the analog clock :-) But I am fine for the time being.

my clock just has a solid color with no minute markers or transparency either. Any ideas?

"the position is affected by the font magnification factor, the width of the title bar and the system fonts, so some experimenting is necessary". Try with a larger cut-off region, and if you see part of the clock, adjust the size and position parameters accordingly.
