Exactly.

This would lead to real long subject lines ;)
And I'm not shure if this would be allowed. One problem is that guests do not have to accept any "terms of use", as they will never see them*.
So general right is used here and I don't think that this informations are allowed to be given to everyone...

It will not be hard to practically implement it (but it's an additional mod to maintain for updates). The data is already stored (I've access as german moderator).

*: That's why I've pinned them in each subforum with a "Important for guests"-subject in the german-forum.

It shouldn't be part of the title, just on the same line where you see the post datestamp and the quote button.

Who cares... the terms can be changed to say 'by using this site or any part of it you agree to the following...'.

Fine maybe just part of it e.g. xx.xx.123.255. This is what most other public forums do anyway.

Great, it should be added asap.

It doesn't change the fact, that guests never see this terms...

I'm visiting 12 forums every day, but most of them do not allow guest-posts...

Feel free to do so, if it amuses you.
Just don't forget to register as _Grumpy, Grumpy_, _Grumpy_, Crumpy, and so on too. It is a bit like domain name hijacking...
Anyway I am not overly attached to the exact form of the name, more to its sense... :-)
Well, I'm amused ;)  8)
I'm not interested in the other names. Knock yourself out...

"Grumpy" nick released. You are free to do what you'd like with it again...

TY to the moderator(s), admin for not asking for it to be released :)
