Yea i miss having Chris around responding to posts. it's a real shame he doesn't get any financial reward (so far as we know) for what he has done for the AHK community. I really appreciate the work he has done and how it's been setup.
Kudos to all who have helped/supported Chris and these forums! awesome job.

I just want to add in that what Chris has done with AutoHotkey has been very innovative. The AutoHotkey language/syntax offer things not found in other languages and makes scripting easier for everyone.

I mean, not updated by Chris (its just a probability, in my eyes its bigger then alternatives). As source is open anybody can do it, and time will tell if that is going to happen or not.

I mailed Chris some time ago, I've always felt he did not get enough "Thank You" stuff. From what I heard back from him, things were well, but as he said somewhere, "taking some time off for personal business" (not a literal quote).

But my understanding was that he will be continuing with Autohotkey when his personal business is out of the way.

I haven't been here for quite a while, so I'm a little concerned he has not said anything lately. But taking his word that things are well, possibly even improving.

And I appreciate the time he took to respond to my email.

So has anybody seen Chris lately?

They say you don't really value you something until you don't have it anymore. I think a lot of people realized just how much they value your work. Welcome back.
