Hey guys!
One of the thing which is missing with 7-zip is the "Put each file to separate archive" option from WinRAR.

So here you go!

There is one kindda bug:
When you guys select thousands of files at once (SHIFT+Click), the FileSelectFile function fails. It returns a too big string, and pops a weird msgbox.
It didn't crash, but that's annoying. :/
