1) Download ahk_l via http://www.autohotkey.com/download/
2) Install ;-)
3) Save the code from the first post as t9.ahk for example, note the .ahk that is important
4) Double click on t9.ahk and start using it (see the comments in the script for instructions, the green lines above)
