 Post subject: autohotkey and citrix

Im running ahk on citrix and everything seems to work but with one exception. When the program I am using launches the ahk script I get the windows command prompt box sitting open. The application freezes until I close this box then the application and ahk run just fine.

I dont understand what is causing this box to appear and hang. On a normal XP machine I see the command box appear for a moment but then it disappears. On citrix (which is running 2003) it stays and causes problems.

Any ideas?
